Next Steps

Please complete all three steps below before scheduling your setup call with our onboarding team:

Pay One-Time Setup Fee

  • Your sales rep will create your account in Stripe and send a request for the one-time setup fee to be paid.

    This email will be sent to you within the next 24 hours.

Complete Payment Processing Setup

  • All RunLoyal customers are required to use our payment processing platform. This step can take a couple of days to complete, so we strongly recommend starting it as soon as possible.

Complete Onboarding Form

  • To ensure a smooth transition from your current solution to RunLoyal, our onboarding team needs a few details from you (like business logo, brand colors, business information, etc.)
